Service Description

KPI Chief is a weekly KPI management platform operated by KPI Chief. The platform enables organisations to track, submit, review, and analyse key performance indicators with automated email reminders and AI-generated summaries.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use KPI Chief only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use the platform to transmit harmful, illegal, or offensive content
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform or its infrastructure
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform
• Use the platform to send unsolicited communications

Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you submit to KPI Chief. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your data. You grant us a limited licence to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service.

Service Availability

We provide KPI Chief on a best-efforts basis. While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any downtime or data loss resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KPI Chief shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the platform.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ireland. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Ireland.
